| Nicholas Loshak loves food - and creating with it. After college in England, he apprenticed at Lloyds of London, worked in Swiss hotels,
ran a restaurant in Antigua and then went on to the National Arts Centre and the American Ambassador's residence in Ottawa where he was
executive chef for 6 years. Currently in Kingston he is the Nick of " Nick of Thyme" Catering, co-owner of the Casablanca Gourmet Bed and
Breakfast and runs the Captain Henry's Tea Room at the Marine Museum. |
