Nicholas Loshak loves food - and creating with it. After college in England, he apprenticed at Lloyds of London, worked in Swiss hotels, ran a restaurant in Antigua and then went on to the National Arts Centre and the American Ambassador's residence in Ottawa where he was executive chef for 6 years. Currently in Kingston he is the Nick of " Nick of Thyme" Catering, co-owner of the Casablanca Gourmet Bed and Breakfast and runs the Captain Henry's Tea Room at the Marine Museum.
 
Nick of Thyme Catering specializes in customizing the menu to suit your needs and expectations.
 
We provide a complete service including food, service, rentals and clean-up.
 
All food is home-made by Nicholas and can be made to suit your wishes ie. heart-smart, vegetarian, low-calorie etc. Being home-made, the food is of the highest quality, the tastiest and the best tasting at the most reasonable price.
