One-half of a chicken with bones. Comes with vegetable rice and salad.
Diced, deboned, succulent, "smokey" chicken roasted in the Tandoor and cooked with cream, yogurt, coconut, sugar, raisins, peanuts and clarified butter. Garnished with almonds, and fried onions. Very mild, sweet, most flavourful and highly recommended.
A beef curry lavishly flavoured with fenugreek leaves.
Very, very hot and spicy. Cooked with potato, fresh lemon juice, yogurt and of course extra, extra red chilies!

Dough made from pre-sifted self-raising flour mixed with yogurt, etc. and then baked in the Tandoor. Like a small pizza. Fluffy, soft.
